Please join us for a four-part workshop series to help you cultivate your skills as a supervisor. In these interactive workshops, you will have an opportunity to learn about supervisory frameworks and tools, share ideas and learn from your colleagues and consider practical ways that you can put what you learn into action right away!
The first session on 3/14 will focus on “Critical Conversations”. In this workshop, we will 1) Talk about what makes it so hard to have critical conversations, 2) Learn a model for having tough conversations, 3) Prepare to have critical conversations with your colleagues, and 4) Practice having those conversations
