Please join us for a four-part workshop series to help you cultivate your skills as a supervisor. In these interactive workshops, you will have an opportunity to learn about supervisory frameworks and tools, share ideas and learn from your colleagues and consider practical ways that you can put what you learn into action right away!
The first session on 3/14 will focus on “Recognizing and Appreciating Staff“. In this workshop, we will 1) talk about why appreciating and recognizing our employees matters, 2) consider best practices for providing recognition and 3) learn and practice specific ways of providing recognition.
