Description:

Vermont’s Early Childhood Action Plan and Let’s Grow Kids’ 2021 Policy Agenda both focus on strategies to increase early childhood workforce compensation and benefits without shifting costs to families.
Nationally, Power to the Profession’s Unifying Framework describes the audacious vision: Each and every child, beginning at birth, has the opportunity to benefit from high-quality, affordable early childhood education, delivered by a diverse, effective, well-prepared, and well-compensated workforce.
This online real-time training provides participants with an understanding of the Unifying Framework’s recommendations for professional compensation and how they relate to other components – Professional Identity, Three Designations, and Aligned Preparation Pathways.
