  • Early Childhood Education in Vermont Advancing as a Profession: A Workforce Engagement Project –VTAEYC
    Over 2018-2019, a workforce engagement project (Chapter One) led by VTAEYC engaged early childhood educators across the state to ask: Do we have the will to advance as a recognized profession?  Read the report and findings here.  The 2nd chapter has begun, get engaged and be the change!

    ‘This multimedia guidebook [for Transforming the Workforce for Children from Birth Through Age 8: A Unifying Foundation] is our contribution, complete with key takeaways, videos, interactive tools, a glossary, and more. We have designed it with three doorways for three different but overlapping audiences: educators who work directly with children, educators in higher education who prepare those educators, and policymakers interested in improving early learning settings for children from B–8.’
