CDD is actively planning to implement H.217 in partnership with other state agencies and community partners. Some components of the law will be effective on July 1, 2023; others will roll out over the next two years. In the weeks and months ahead, CDD will communicate this information out to the state, and will give child care providers, families, and community partners opportunities to engage and provide feedback to the division. In the short term, CDD will be holding two H.217 Overview Webinars on July 18, at 1PM and 6PM EST.
