Build your CLASS expertise to unlock the potential of great teaching in your organization. Our virtual trainings equip observers, coaches, administrators, teachers and everyone in between to see through the CLASS lens, help others see through the CLASS lens and directly impact teaching with CLASS. The Pre-K–3rd CLASS 2nd Edition Observation Training is 5 half days of training that is facilitated online by a CLASS specialist. Over the course of the training, participants will engage with their trainer and peers through interactive learning opportunities designed to support understanding of how to effectively observe and score teacher-student interactions. To extend learning, participants will complete embedded, independent online coursework that offers automated feedback. After completion of the 5-day training, participants will have 8 weeks to complete and pass the Pre-K–3rd reliability test to become a certified CLASS observer.
