We are excited to offer Vermont early childhood education programs grants of up to $500 to help offset COVID-19 expenses.
Many programs have taken on extra costs as they prepare to reopen. Our aim is to get extra funding to programs as quickly as possible through as simple a process as possible.
This grant opportunity is funded by generous individual donors throughout Vermont who contributed to a fund to support early childhood education in the wake of COVID-19. We are so grateful to these donors and to our partners for bringing this support to ECE programs.
There is a pot of $25,000 to distribute in increments of up to $500 per program. Grants are distributed first come, first served, until funding runs out. Applications close July 10.
UPDATE June 29: Due to an overwhelming number of responses, VTAEYC is closing its COVID-19 Supplies and Expenses Grants application process early. We\’ll use this interest to advocate for more resources for ECE programs. Thanks to all applicants, our generous donors and our partners.
