Sharon Easterling

A resident of Chester, Vermont since 2016, Sharon brings a deep understanding of early childhood education practice and policy. She currently serves as a consultant for Opportunities Exchange, a national leader in early childhood education finance and public policy. Sharon served as the Executive Director of the Philadelphia area NAEYC affiliate for 25 years and has a strong working knowledge of AEYC affiliates. She is passionate about creating working conditions that allow early childhood educators to focus on their pedagogical work with children, families, and fellow educators.
