Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and a Master of Science degree in Human Services/Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College. Ann’s experiences include roles as a family child care provider, an Early Head Start home visitor, a Family and Community Partnership Manager with NEKCA Head Start program, an Assistant Director for Recruitment and Admissions at Springfield College, and an adjunct faculty member with Community College of Vermont and Springfield College. She is currently the Membership Director for VTAEYC.
She is thrilled to be the Membership Director at VTAEYC. This is a new position for the organization and in this role she will be fostering stronger learning connections among Vermont’s early childhood professionals. Ultimately, her goal is to be part of ensuring that each and every young child and family in Vermont is off to a great start.
Along with her work in early childhood education, she loves to dance, make art, and cook fresh healthy foods.
She is proud of the fact that, at Springfield College’s remote campus in the Northeast Kingdom, she supported non-traditional students as they achieved their educational and professional goals- many of them are early childhood educators in Vermont today.
She looks forward to connecting with the VTAEYC community.
