DESCRIPTION:Proactively Addressing Behaviors in the Classroom Setting is a practical\, hands-on workshop designed specifically for early childhood professionals who support young learners every day. This session focuses on proactive classroom management strategies that help prevent challenging behaviors before they begin\, including intentional staff positioning and blocking\, thoughtful and developmentally appropriate language use\, consistency in routines and responses\, and simple strategies that promote regulation\, engagement\, and emotional safety.
