DESCRIPTION:Early childhood educators do some of the most meaningful work in our communities but the emotional intensity\, long hours\, and constant demands can lead even the most passionate professionals to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Through reflection\, discussion\, and real-life examples from the field\, participants will examine the personal and systemic factors that contribute to burnout.
