SUMMARY:CoP: The Practice of Self-Care for Early Childhood Professionals

We can’t be in the classroom in our full capacity to teach and care for our kids if we are not in our full capacity ourselves. In this six-session CoP\, participants will explore ways to incorporate self-care into their daily lives.
